Who is the data controller

Perfiles Implant, registered address at Calle Salamanca, 46, 46005, Valencia, Spain, is the controller responsible for the data we collect through this website. You can contact us at hola@perfilesimplant.com.

What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the following data, all provided directly by you: name, company, email, profile of interest, desired start date, available budget and project description.

What we use it for

• Handling your request and getting in touch with you.
• Putting together a profile proposal based on what you describe.
• Keeping a record of the requests we receive.

We don't use this data for any purpose beyond the ones listed, and we don't share it with third parties except where legally required or with the providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example, our hosting or form-delivery provider).

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

How long we keep the data

We keep the data for as long as there is a relationship with your company and, afterwards, for the legally required periods.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@perfilesimplant.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe we haven't handled your data correctly.
